Wine & Social
Back to the home pageShow guests your whole wine region in one place.
A wine festival, a cellar tour, a walk through the vines. Much of this stays hidden from visitors today, and whoever does not actively search for it never hears about it. On Wine & Social your program sits right next to what your region's local winemakers offer. Guests discover in one transparent place what there is to experience around you, and plan their visit deliberately.

Problems and our solutions
Your region has a full program. But who finds it?
Three findings from published surveys.
One shared stage for the wine region.
You get a presence for the whole region and an account in which you maintain your own dates and news.
01·The problem
Everybody advertises alone
The DMO DigitalMonitor 2025 by BTE and the Deutscher Tourismusverband surveyed around 500 tourism organizations. Almost half estimate that fewer than 50 percent of the businesses in their area are bookable online. Where bookability is already missing, the findable entry usually is too. The festival sits in the municipal gazette, the winery on its own site, the walking trail in a flyer.
The solution
The digital stage for your wine region
We are building the platform where wine regions come to life digitally and where wine lovers and tourists find their way to them. Your festival sits next to the winery's cellar tour and the tasting in the next village. Instead of many separate websites, a guest sees the program of a whole region.
02·The problem
Time and staff for digital work are scarce
The DMO DigitalMonitor 2025 by BTE and the Deutscher Tourismusverband names the biggest hurdles. Missing staff for 77 percent, missing funds for 61 percent, missing know-how for 40 percent. Almost half of the organizations work without a written digital strategy. Building a portal of your own and keeping it maintained is therefore no option for most of them.
The solution
Finished technology, maintained by us
Wine & Social runs and develops the platform, so you need neither staff of your own nor a technology budget for it. You create an entry in a few fields, with title, time, place, description and image. We set up your account and personally guide the first steps.
03·The problem
The season crowds into three months
The Deutsches Weininstitut counts over 1,000 wine and winemaker festivals a year, most of them between August and October. The Rhineland-Palatinate tourism strategy names season extension as an explicit goal. A presence that is kept up all year also shows what happens in March and in November.
The solution
Guests find you all year round
Your region stays present on Wine & Social outside the festival months too. A tasting in March or a walk through the vines in November reaches guests exactly when they plan their trip. Three strong months grow into a program for the whole year.
Step by step
Three steps to your first entry.
- 1
A conversation
You write to us. In one meeting we work out what is coming up on your side and what you want to achieve.
- 2
Set up the account
We create your account and walk through one entry together, from the title to publication.
- 3
Publish
From then on you post your dates and news yourselves, change them and take them down again. Once published they sit alongside the region's other entries.
Terms
The municipality pays nothing during the beta phase.
Using the platform is free during the beta phase. No license fee, no setup cost, no minimum term. Wine & Social earns a share of what businesses sell through the platform, on booked tickets and on ordered wines.
Your entries are pure publicity for the region. Where a business in your region sells something, that is its own contract with the guest.
Wine & Social is in beta. We build the features for municipalities together with the first regions, so you shape what this becomes. Whatever we agree on, we put in writing beforehand.
Q & A
Questions that come first.
Your municipality shows its program right where wine lovers and tourists plan their next trip, next to the region's winemakers and tastings. You reach guests all year round, with no technology and no extra staff of your own. You enter, change and publish everything yourselves, in a few fields.
Contact
Write to us about what is coming up.
The name of the municipality or the association and an email address are enough. We reply with a time and show you what your region can look like on Wine & Social.
