Delivery within Germany only

We deliver to delivery addresses in Germany only. Deliveries to Austria, Switzerland and all other countries are not possible. An order with a delivery address outside Germany cannot be completed.

Handed over in person against ID, minimum age 16 or 18

Alcoholic beverages are delivered with DHL Ident-Check. The parcel is handed over in person only, and only to someone who has reached the required minimum age and shows an official photo ID.

• 16 years for wine, sparkling wine and beer.
• 18 years for spirits. If a parcel contains spirits, the minimum age of 18 applies to the entire parcel.

Leaving the parcel with a neighbour, at a preferred drop-off spot or at a branch is ruled out. Please plan for someone of the required age, holding an ID, to be present at the time of delivery. The minimum age for each item is stated on its product page.

At most 24 bottles and 31,500 g per winery and order

Each winery in an order may ship at most 24 bottles and at most 31,500 g of parcel weight. Both limits apply alongside each other, and with large formats the weight is reached first: a magnum weighs about twice as much as a 0.75 litre bottle. For larger quantities, please split the purchase across several orders. Items from different wineries are counted separately.
