The following restrictions apply to deliveries.
The wineries deliver to delivery addresses in Germany only. Deliveries to Austria, Switzerland and all other countries are not possible. An order with a delivery address outside Germany cannot be completed.
If your order contains goods with a minimum age, it goes to a home or business address. Parcel lockers and post offices cannot be used as the delivery address for it. The minimum age is shown on each product page.
These payment methods are accepted:
Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered depending on your device and browser, Apple Pay on Apple devices in Safari and Google Pay in Chrome. Where they are unavailable, card and Link remain available.
PayPal, purchase on invoice, direct debit and advance bank transfer are not available.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you order, the amount is reserved on your payment method. For orders with shipping, it is charged once the winery creates the shipping labels; for ticket-only orders, usually within a few minutes of ordering.
Each winery sets its own shipping costs. The shipping costs shown in your basket and in the order summary are the binding ones.
